Custom Tool Kits provide the solution for your business. Whether large or small, Snap-on Special Products can build tool kits from one to a million. We can use the tools of your own design specification, or work with you to develop the optimum group of tools for assembly, maintenance, or repair needs. We can design and create tools and assemble them into kits for any production, maintenance, or repair industry. Kits can be assembled in either hard or soft cases and can be combined with any of our other capabilities to offer the best kit of tools money can buy.

Standart Sets

The Snap-on ELECTROSET® Program includes a series of electronic service sets beginning with basic U.S. and metric sets and including sets for customer engineers,business machine, communication, medical service technicians, and field engineers.

Electronic Service Set

The set includes nine nut drivers and five combination wrenches. This basic set gives you almost everything you need for many electrical and mechanical jobs. You get the common tools needed for installation, repair, and maintenance work.

Basic Starter and Building Set

This set is ideally suited for the technician who needs a foundation of common tools for electronic field service. With the basic set you get a general selection of tools, including wrenches and screwdrivers, plus nut drivers and soldering tools.

Customised Cases and Pallets

You can custom tailor any Electroset™ Kit or selection of tools to your specifications because it is an integrated system. And to make these sets easy to carry are a wide variety of cases and pallets.

Wall Mounted Tool Control Boards

For visibility, control and accessibility Tool Control Boards may be mounted on wall, bench, roll-cabinet, or mobile a-Frame.

Tethered Tools

• Tethering consists of providing a method to mechanically lock tools together with the use of locking pins, lanyards, and wrist straps attached to the technician's wrist. The purpose being to reduce or eliminate the potential of dropped tools.
• All female square drives will have a hole drilled through one side to accept the locking button on a male square drive.
• All handles will have an attaching loop or key ring to connect the lanyard.

Diagonal Cushion Throat Cutters

Cutter's feature patented process to bond polyurethane filler into the head to prevent and/or retain flying wire bits.

Cushion-throat cutters feature a polyurethane filler that is bonded into the tool’s cutter head to help prevent flying wire bits. A special undercut design helps maintain cutting edges and increases tool durability. Ideal for assembly line applications.
